The History
of LOG started in 1990 with the development of uncompromisingly good loudspeakers and amplifiers for a select circle of audiophile customers.
The demand and enthusiasm of our customers have continuously sustained us. In 2009, we decided to expand our range of products and to operate at an international level.
This led to unique products:
The DIALOG Audio/Video Systems, the PROLOG Media Center and the EPILOG loudspeakers are oriented towards the needs of highly discriminating customers.
DIALOG and PROLOG represent the integration of the most important audio and video functions and thus the end of numerous single devices. Our systems are easy to operate with our intelligent LOG remote control. The demand for perfect reproduction of vision and sound requires compliance with the laws of physics which again determines our products’ geometry and size.
At the same time you will be touched by the aesthetic charm of our systems. When you turn on your LOG system and lean back, you will experience a feeling of immediacy – as if you were sitting right in the middle of a concert hall or were in the action of a film.

Entries into the LOG Book
Since 1990, Thomas Pfob has been developing top-class reference loudspeakers and amplifiers, both for private residences and sound studios.
After finishing his studies in Technical Mathematics and Music, he laid the foundation for LOG Audio.
His permanent collaboration with world-class musicians has led to the current quality of our products. Connected to the spirit of great Austrian musicians such as Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, Strauss, and many others, Thomas Pfob’s top priority has always been to develop an accomplished culture of sound.
In 2009, Markus Platzer, one of the earliest and enthusiastic LOG customers, entered the company. His visionary ideas and twenty years of experience in the consulting business harmonically complement the company's existing values. New products, such as the DIALOG Audio/Video Systems and the PROLOG Media Center have been developed. In addition, LOG Audio has started to enter new markets.

LOG Audio,
is also the interplay of many employees and external partners.
Development, conception, assembly and quality assurance occur directly at LOG headquarters in Graz, Austria.
We make absolutely no compromises when it comes to the selection of high-quality electronic components and speaker chassis and make every effort to find the best configurations. In the process of developing our remote control we have challenged established concepts. Our goal has been that our systems can be operated immediately and intuitively without the necessity of deciphering a handbook.
In terms of TV and projection technology, we rely on external manufacturers who have to undergo rigorous quality testing.
This has led to our using Quattron LCD technology by Sharp and plasma screens by the elite brand RUNCO.
The chassis of our AV systems and loudspeakers are manufactured by Austrian – and mostly Styrian – craft enterprises.
When your hand touches the jointless and immaculately polished surfaces, you will receive a tactile confirmation of the unique quality of our products. Product design is a delicate dance between our own ideas and the fine sense of external aesthetes.
An example of this is furniture designer Lukas Karner, who picked up on our idea for an integrated audio/visual piece of furniture and developed the graceful look of our DIALOG line of products.
One more word on assembly:
Your personal LOG system does not yet exist.
It will be manufactured only after you have placed your order.
